2011 Quilt Auction
This challenge features the “Tuxedo Collection” of fabric by Doodlebug Design. $1,000 in cash will be awarded. The quilts will be sold at a live auction Saturday, May 12th at 12:30 p.m. on the main stage. Enjoy the entertaining and much sought-after auctioneer, Brad Silcox, as he creates an exciting atmosphere for purchase of these one-of-a-kind, beautiful quilts. $100 is the minimum bid for each quilt and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Quilts of Valor. The challenge features the “Let Freedom Ring” fabric collection by Quilting Treasures. $1,000 in cash will be awarded. All challenge quilts will be donated to U.S. Veterans through Quilts of Valor.
