Take Advantage of the Booth Furniture Package! As a service to our vendors, especially those coming in from out-of-town, event management is offering a "furniture package" option at a fraction of what it would cost vendors to order a table and chairs directly from exposition services. This furniture package includes an 8' skirted table, 2 contoured chairs and a wastebasket for only $50. This is just one more way we are helping our vendors save money (nearly $100 per booth)! Please note: Utah is a "right-to-work" state, which means you are welcome to bring in your own carpet, tables, chairs, etc. if you prefer.
Participate in the Patchwork Promenade Promotion! Patchwork Promenade is similar to a Shop Hop, which drives attendees to your booth. Does it work? Oh yes!! At HMQS 2008, over 1,500 attendees participated in the Patchwork Promenade featuring 8 vendor booths. By visiting the participating booths to receive a stamp on each of the 8 squares of the Patchwork Promenade card, participants learned about some wonderful products and services, and qualified for the grand prize drawings. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be one of the Patchwork Promenade vendors! It’s a simple and effective way to maximize your exposure and visibility at HMQS 2009!
