Are you a wool “collector” and need ideas to use up some of your stash? During this class I will show you a variety of ways to use your odd shaped scraps as well as some of those long and narrow pieces you have accumulated. Learn how to make wool quills, a field of flowers utilizing small pieces of wool, free hand trimming and some simple stitching to create a cluster of blooms with stitches, beads and buttons. Also in the class will be a tri fold wool needle case and an introduction to project cards utilizing small templates to create your own designs. Class projects will be started in class and completed at home. Students should familiarize themselves with some basic stitches: blanket stitch, whip stitch, French knot and daisy stitch.

Kit includes: Hand dyed wool “scraps”, project instructions, needle, thread and more!
