Take Advantage of the Booth Furniture Package! As a service to our vendors, especially those coming in from out-of-town, event management is offering a "furniture package" option at a fraction of what it would cost vendors to order a table and chairs directly from exposition services. This furniture package includes an 8', 30 inch wide skirted table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket for only $50. This is just one more way we are helping our vendors save money (nearly $100 per booth)! Please note: Utah is a "right-to-work" state, which means you are welcome to bring in your own carpet, tables, chairs, etc. if you prefer.
Participate in the Patchwork Promenade Promotion! Patchwork Promenade is similar to a Shop Hop, which drives attendees to your booth. By visiting the participating booths to receive a stamp on each of the squares of the Patchwork Promenade card, participants learn about wonderful products and services, it also qualifies them for the grand prize drawings. The New Product Spotlight is back by popular demand. Our attendees have asked for access to more cutting-edge tools! Be sure your “latest and greatest” product is one of the few that will be on exclusive display at HMQS! This promotion includes a product review and color picture in the Show Program, as well as displayed in a special area at the front entrance of the show. Just $150 first come, first served. This is a huge bang for the buck, as the advertising space alone would cost you $200!!
Advertise with HMQS - Advertise in the Show Program to gain additional exposure for your product or company to literally thousands of quilters! Paid advertising is available to current HMQS 2016 vendors, sponsors, and teachers only. Ads must be for quilting-related products.
The Show Program is the event program that 5,000+ attendees will receive on-site at HMQS. The Show Program features the Main Stage schedule, the floor plan of the Vendor Mall, a list of vendors with full contact information, the class schedule, grand prizes and more. The deadline for ads in the Show Program is April 1, 2016.
Flyer Promotion – For just $150 we will include your flyer in all the 2016 attendee tote bags at the show. You provide us with the 1,200 flyers, and we will stuff them into the workshop attendee tote bags. Flyers must be received by show management no later than April 1, 2016.
